30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you and your dog to love PAWHEAVEN. If you're not completely happy, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return Email us at paw.heaven@outlook.es with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first: returns sent without approval can't be processed.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Send the product back with all its parts and, if possible, in its original box.
Return shipping
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover the return shipping, or we send you a replacement at no cost. Please include a photo or short video of the problem in your email.
- Any other reason (for example, it wasn't right for your dog): return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll refund 100% of the product price once we receive it.
Refunds Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll email you to confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, and is outside our control.
Damaged on arrival If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
